What is your policy on rescheduling or canceling appointments?

At Summers of Fort Wayne, we understand that plans can change. Because we have a large team of highly trained technicians, we’re usually able to accommodate appointment rescheduling within the same week or at a time that works best for you.

If you need to cancel your appointment, we do not charge a cancellation fee. We simply ask that you let us know as soon as possible so we can adjust our schedule and continue providing prompt service to all customers.
